As the year 2020 wrapped up, the horror game genre maintained its popularity among mobile users in Brazil. Data sourced from Sensor Tower provides a glimpse into the performance of the top five horror games on the unified platform, which encompasses both iOS and Android devices.

Scary Teacher 3D, published by Z & K Games, observed a descending trend in downloads from 163K in the last week of September to 106K by the end of December. Similarly, weekly active users decreased from 574K to 522K in the same period.

Granny, by DVloper, also saw a decrease in downloads, starting at 91K and falling to 89K over the quarter. However, weekly active users showed a slight increase, from 391K in late September to 398K by the year's end.

The sequel, Granny: Chapter Two, experienced a steady downloads pattern, hovering around 45K to 54K throughout the quarter. The game's weekly active users saw a modest rise from 339K to 351K.

The newcomer My Town Halloween - Ghost game from My Town Games Ltd, released in November, surged to 121K downloads in the last week of that month, subsequently declining to 40K by the end of December. Weekly active users peaked at 140K in early December then dropped to 41K.

Lastly, Ice Scream 1: Scary Game by Keplerians Horror Games demonstrated a slight upward trend in downloads, from 43K to 46K, and a more significant increase in weekly active users from 125K to 135K.
